An orphan twice over, firstly by the deaths of her drug-addicted biological parents who overdosed and lastly by the deaths of adoptive activist parents Ryan and Manpreet Brijlall who were suspiciously murdered while protesting crime boss Stephen Fiorelli's hotspot "The Hex Club", Detective Irina Doreen Ladewig has grown into a proverbial rose from the hard concrete that is New York City. Following in the footsteps of the people who once took her in, Irina now uses her power and resources as an officer of the law to continuously be a thorn in the side of The Chain Gang - most recently as the greatest ally of The Silent Descendents.
