Comprising of four members, the deadly group is made up of crime boss Stephen Fiorelli - known in the underworld as "Chain", bodyguard Trang Ly - known in the underworld as "Monochrome", and German identical twin enforcers Enid and Astrid Schlatter - otherwise known as "The Schlatter Sisters".

With origins stretching back thirty years as a strictly drug-oriented operation, before the inclusion of The Schlatters, the group has grown like a corrosive cancer into the black market weapons trade, extortion, and the international sex traffic arena since then, as well.

Headquartered at The Hex Club in Yonkers, New York - one of the gang's many controlled locations - the infamous group have gained a reputation for blood, violence, and destruction like none other: Most recently being the McGruder High School Bombing.
